Hosted by queer historical fiction author Katie Daysh, In Hindsight looks at the foundations of historical fiction: both its unique challenges and the techniques that can transcend genres. 

History never stays in the past. Historical fiction is a brilliant gateway to learning about the world and understanding what is important to us now. It creates meaningful connections across time and shows that, although periods change, people fundamentally do not.

No knowledge of particular history is required for this workshop, just an interest in forming characters, plotlines, and telling stories.
