At Naked Figleaf Press | Figmentum Books, every title is produced with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is not the title you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can put things right.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for books that have been read, handled extensively, or are no longer in resaleable condition, unless they were damaged in transit.
To arrange a return or report an issue, please email us at [insert your contact email] with your order details and, if possible, a photograph of the issue.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and processed.
Digital downloads, online publications, or giveaway folios are non-refundable, but please let us know if you experience any technical issues accessing your files.
